AI chatbots · Marcus

About the AI that
answers for you.

What Marcus does, and how it works.

What exactly is Marcus?

Marcus is the AI we set up to answer your phone and your website. It talks to customers, answers their questions, books appointments, and passes you everything — 24/7, in your business's voice.

Does it really answer the phone, or just chat online?

Both. It's a real 24/7 phone line and a website chat — the same brain, trained on your business, on whichever channel your customer reaches for.

What if it can't answer something?

It stays honest — takes a message, grabs the details, and hands it to you instead of guessing. You set the rules for anything it shouldn't handle on its own.

What does it cost?

The bundle (phone AI, website AI, and a custom site) is $1,200 up front, then $100 a month for hosting and upkeep. A website on its own is $1,000 one-time. Already have a site? We'll quote Marcus to your setup.

Is there a monthly fee?

Yes, a flat $100 a month on the bundle. It covers hosting and keeps Marcus trained, monitored, and updated as your business changes. Cancel anytime.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. We tune it to your voice and your rules, so it's helpful and on-brand — not a stiff script reading off a card.

What's the difference between Marcus and Ava?

Marcus answers, Ava sells. Marcus handles everything coming at you: the phone line and the website chat, day and night. Ava works the other direction, calling the prospects you want to reach, holding a real conversation, and booking the meeting into your calendar. It sends its own follow-up emails afterwards and texts you how every call went.

Can you automate something that isn't a phone call?

Yes, and it's a growing part of what we do. If the job happens on a phone, a website, a spreadsheet or a chat thread, and somebody repeats it every week, we can usually build the thing that does it instead. One of ours updates an entire sports-league website twice a week with nobody watching it.

What does Ava or a custom automation cost?

Both are quoted per setup, because no two are alike. For Ava it comes down to who you're calling and how many calls a week you want made. For an automation it comes down to the workflow itself. Tell us what you're after and we'll give you a straight number.

Do I have to take all of it?

No. Plenty of businesses start with one thing and add the next one later, once they've watched it work for a month. Take the phone line on its own, the website chat on its own, or just the one automation that's eating your Sundays.

Custom websites

Before you start
a project.

The honest answers, no sales pitch attached.

Do you design and build the site, or just one or the other?

Both, start to finish. No hand-off to a separate developer — the two of us design it, build it, and ship it.

How long does a project take?

Depends on scope, but we're a two-person shop, not a queue — you're not waiting behind twenty other clients. We'll give you a realistic timeline before any work starts.

What does it cost?

Every project's quoted to what you actually need, not a templated package. Tell us about your business and we'll give you a straight number.

Do I need a domain and hosting already?

No. If you don't have them, we'll get you set up. If you already do, we build on what you've got.

Can you redesign a site I already have?

Yes — outdated site, DIY builder site, whatever it is now. We'll rebuild it properly.

What happens after the site launches?

We're still the two people who built it. Reach out any time you need something changed or added.
