The studio · Windsor, ON

Two people.
Nineteen sites.
One standard.

No account managers, no templates, no hand-offs. Just the two of us, designing and building every site ourselves, right here in Windsor.

Our story

A stubborn belief that small businesses deserve work that looks expensive and feels effortless.

Data Collection Sheets is an independent studio run by two partners in Windsor, Ontario. We started by making the unglamorous stuff look good — the forms, the checklists, the how-to guides — with a flat refusal to let any of it look cheap. Then we started building websites, and held the same bar: it should look like a studio made it and load fast on a phone.

Marcus is the newest thing we do, and the one we're most excited about. Small businesses were losing real money to missed calls and dead contact forms, so we put an AI on the front desk — one that answers the phone and the website, books the job, and sounds like the business it works for.

We're small on purpose. You talk to the two people actually doing the work — no account managers, no hand-offs, no jargon. We take on a handful of clients at a time so each one gets real attention, and we sweat the details most shops skip.

Everything here — every site, every bot — we build and tune ourselves, right in Windsor-Essex, for clients across Canada and the US. If your phone should stop going to voicemail, let's talk.

We're still the two people who built it. Reach out any time you need a change.

How a project runs

From hello to a front desk
that runs itself.

No jargon, no fifty-page discovery deck — three stages, start to finish.

STAGE 01
Sketching a site layout by hand before it's built

Learn your business

We learn your customers, your hours and pricing, and what the front desk has to handle — then rough out the site before a line of code gets written.

STAGE 02
Building the site from scratch, screen close up

Build & train

The two of us design and build the site, then train Marcus on everything you told us — your voice, your rules, your FAQs. No templates, no hand-off.

STAGE 03
Final review before a site goes live

Go live

You review it, we tighten anything that needs it, and it all goes live together — the site fast on a phone, Marcus answering from the first ring.
