Data Collection Sheets is an independent design studio run by two partners in Windsor, Ontario. It started with the unglamorous things — the intake forms, the checklists, the how-to guides — and a flat refusal to let any of them look cheap. We made them clear, clean, and a genuine pleasure to use, and people noticed.
